What is Domain Four of the danielson framework?
The fourth domain of the Danielson Framework focuses on the professional responsibilities a teacher has inside the classroom as well as their outside professional presence. Many of the components talk about the importance of communicating with students, families, and also other teachers around the world. In our day and age, it is very important to establish a good professional learning network to constantly be improving the way one teaches.
components of domain four
domain four and virtual co-op
Having a relationship with a virtual co-op in the definition of all that domain four talks about. I was able to learn from and ask questions to an experienced teacher who just so happened to have a first grade classroom on the other side of the country. I love the opportunity to pick up certain ideas and tools that are not in a traditional classroom. I am very glad that my communication with my co-op does not have to stop, the two of us are able to connect on twitter to keep in contact while at the same time I have the freedom to keep expanding my professional learning network.
