what does it mean?
Component 3E focuses on successfully demonstrating flexibility and responsiveness and being prepared to adapt if something in the lesson doesn't go as planned. No lesson is going to be perfect and problems are most definitely going to happen, so teachers need to be ready to alter their lessons. The biggest area in teaching today where teachers would need to be ready to change their lesson is when technology fails. Teachers must have a backup plan ready and adjust their way of teaching so that learning can continue.
This component is important because there are going to be many situations in one's teaching career where things are going to need to be altered. As well as adjustments, teachers need to constantly be making improvements to their lessons that best fit their students learning needs.
