what does it mean?
Communicating with students and establishing a healthy relationships is a very important component to include in a classroom. When interacting with others, communication is the most important and can send messages to students in a positive or negative light. Through proper communication, teacher can communicate to students that what is being taught has purpose and can explain clear objective that need to be met. Also, with appropriate communication from the teacher, the students will be more comfortable going to the teacher to ask questions about content being taught or assignments given.
Having good communication with your students is important because directions on how to do something or tasks that are given by the teacher is all relayed through communicating and if communicating is poor, students could have trouble understanding what is being taught which can set that back in their education careers.
